Join us as we celebrate the first ever Food & Wine Classic in Charleston, with over 40 demonstrations, seminars, and events. We'll be covering all that happens during the weekend-long event, so be sure to check in for the latest.

For decades, Food & Wine has brought together the best of the very best in the culinary and drinks space for the Aspen Food & Wine Classic. From famed chefs and cookbook authors to sommelier talents and hospitality pros, we've hosted them all on top of the mountain. And now, we're expanding the experience to sunny Charleston to share more knowledge, goodwill, and great bites.

This inaugural event, presented by Explore Charleston in collaboration with our Dotdash Meredith sister brands, Southern Living and Travel + Leisure, will showcase world-class chefs and local talent, wine and food tastings, seminars, and demonstrations, ensuring an educational and fun-packed weekend for all.

Those who can’t make it to the event between Friday, September 27, and Sunday, September 29, 2024, can still learn a thing or two from the seminars right here with our chef and restaurateur interviews via the cooking and cocktail demonstrations and thought-provoking panels. The event's talent includes talks and tastings by chefs Tyler Florence, Stephanie Izard, Marcus Shell, and more, alongside wine pros like Miles White, Kerrin Laz, and Food & Wine's very own Ray Isle, along with locally curated events by the Editors in Chief, Jacqui Gifford of Travel + Leisure, Sid Evans of Southern Living, and Hunter Lewis of Food & Wine.

In addition, there will be dozens of wine, food, beer, and spirits brands in the Grand Tasting Pavilion, which has long been the centerpiece of the weekend at Aspen, which is getting its own twist in Charleston.Everything You Need to Know About the Food & Wine Classic in Aspen
