The singers of Sugar Ray and Twisted Sister had some jokes to share about the Poison frontman and the area where he grew up.
Bret Michaels brought buddies Mark McGrath and Dee Snider, singers of the bands Sugar Ray and Twisted Sister, along for the ride on his latest Parti-Gras tour.
“I wrote about central PA, all about freedom, all about riding,” he said as an intro to the Poison hit “Ride the Wind.” “Did I hear that this is where Bret is from? Right here?” he asked, gazing out at the crowd. “Well that explains a lot.”Jokes aside, Snider was also impressed by the crowd’s willingness to “scream their lungs out,” and brought a very young member of the audience named Roman up on stage with him - one that was a huge Twisted Sister fan, he said.
