Far Far West Is Far Beyond Our Expectations An Indie Game That More Than Lives Up To The Hype While the demo was already promising, the early access release of Far Far West has been blowing players away with its sheer creativity and pure fun factor, with players who only went in to check it out for a few minutes ending up playing for hours at a time. Taking place in a fantastical version of the Wild West beset by a plague of undead skeletons, ghosts, and other haunted entities, you and up to four friends are tasked by the local Sheriff to stop the growing threat in its tracks.
With expansive environments and threats around every corner, each player will also be given a trusty steed to help them navigate Far Far West's paranormal landscapes. With plenty of weapons to choose from and unique abilities to set it apart from the competition, Far Far West already boasts a plethora of exciting contracts and bosses to encounter throughout your co-op adventures.
From massive necromancers, haunted salloons, flying ghost trains, and supernatural disasters waiting for you in the desert, you'll need to use every resource at your disposal to survive. Offering A Unique Take On The Co-Op Shooter Genre A Refreshing Version Of Its Predecessor's Classic Gameplay Styles Thankfully, Far Far West doesn't seem to disappoint in the weapons department either, boasting several options from familiar miniguns or six shooters to more mystical spell casting and magical decks to unleash upon its legions of undead.

Even if there isn't exactly a shortage of riveting co-op shooters to sink hours into these days, Far Far West still offers an incredibly unique art style and setting that make it feel like a whole new experience, especially when combined with the active perk systems and looter mechanics that empower your character while differentiating your playstyle more from your friends.
Compared to classic Western games like Red Dead Redemption 2, that has players digging through every hidden detail they can find in the absence of major updates, Far Far West has already come a long way since its initial playtests and will likely get even more unique content for players to explore as the project gets closer to release, that make it at least worth keeping an eye on.
