Harvey Weinstein and his “deformed” penis have been scrutinized for weeks during his rape trial in Los Angeles.
It’s been the trial of the testicles.
“What I’m referring to is the result of a surgery that the defendant had in 1999,” Thompson told the jury as 70-year-old Weinstein shook his head. “Because of an infection, his testicles were actually taken from his scrotum and put into his inner thighs.”— the wife of California Gov. Gavin Newsom — testified that Weinstein used his “fish-like” penis to rape her in 2005 at the Peninsula Hotel in Beverly Hills.
One of the other victims testified she was assaulted in 2013 and that Weinstein — who is already serving a 23-year sentence for rape and sexual assault in New York — had “problems with testicles.” She said his scrotum was “part of him.” Malthe said that when Weinstein penetrated her vagina with his penis, she saw a big hole in his stomach.
Defense attorney Alan Jackson urged jurors not to be swayed by the alleged “lies,” and insisted two of the accusers — Jane Does 1 and 2 — completely fabricated their alleged sexual encounters.
