"I'm proud to present this $6 million program to support access to vital health care in our community and preserve our community's independence, even in the face of attacks from those who favor government overreach," Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo said Monday."This program seeks to address the issue by providing access to reproductive services.
"We are limited in what we can do to stop draconian, dangerous laws," Harris County Precinct 1 Commissioner Rodney Ellis said."But we can use the resources and power we have in Harris County for residents to access the health care services they need to make decisions about their health, family and future.
