Get ready to savor the rich and vibrant flavors of the South at the Gumbo & Alabama Slammer Festival, set to take place on January 25, 2025 at Heritage Park , in Foley Alabama. The festival will feature a variety of delicious gumbo dishes made by local chefs and vendors. Attendees will have the opportunity to indulge in a range of gumbo recipes, from traditional Creole and Cajun styles to innovative twists by local chefs.
Each dish will showcase the distinct spices and ingredients that make gumbo a beloved staple in Southern cuisine. The festival will be more than just a culinary delight. It will feature live music from national tribute artists, providing the perfect soundtrack for an afternoon of eating, drinking, and dancing. This festival caters to those who like to have fun – great live music all day, fine artists and crafters, fun contests, kids’ zone with free face painting, petting zoo, and more family friendly activities. The Gumbo & Alabama Slammer Festival will take place from 10am to 6pm on January 25, 2025 at Heritage Park in downtown Foley, Alabama.
