According to city officials, a boy was found on the scene with a gunshot wound to his leg. He was transported and later released from a local hospital. “This is the type of situation that just can't occur,” said Brown. “Society shouldn't be experiencing what's been experienced, and we're going to do everything we can to keep this out of gulf shores.”
