GUTFELD: The California Reparations Task Force's recommendations 'sound really racist'

The task force has also called on the state legislature to cancel child support debt for Black residents.So, who does that help? Well, whoever owes the debt. But who does it hurt? Who ever needs that support? If it weren't for white liberals, Black families might actually succeed more. But here's my favorite policy recommendation.
