The 27-year-old victim was entering the southbound lanes of Highway 121 from Bass Pro Drive about 7:15 a.m. when she and a man in another vehicle became involved in a road-rage incident, police said. The man fired at the woman with a small pistol, police said. The bullet went through the woman’s neck, but she was able to pull over on the shoulder.
The gunman drove off, police said. He was described as a white man with brown hair driving a dark gray newer-model Mazda CX9 SUV.Email Address
