Grand Prairie police were notified Dec. 4 of a possible “intimate relationship” between Kenrick Burns, 28, and an 18-year-old student, the department said. In a written statement Wednesday, Grand Prairie ISD confirmed that school officials learned about possible improper relationship on Dec. 4.
