The Arizona Department of Transportation advises drivers to plan for overnight lane restrictions along Grand Avenue between Loop 303 and Litchfield Road in the northwest Valley for pavement replacement beginning Sunday, Nov. 6. The work will be done on a Sunday through Thursday night schedule. No restrictions are scheduled on Friday or Saturday nights.
Eastbound Grand Avenue will be reduced to one lane nightly on weeknights from 8 p.m. to 5 a.m. beginningWestbound Grand Avenue will be reduced to one lane nightly on weeknights from 8 p.m. to 5 a.m. beginningCrews will mill the roadway to remove the existing asphalt, then repave and apply temporary lane stripes along the roadway.
