The upcoming *Ghost of Tsushima: Iki Island* expands upon the popular samurai action-adventure franchise with two playable characters, Yasuke and Naoe, offering distinct gameplay styles and narratives.
Nick Romano, an entertainment journalist based in New York, NY, says that the upcoming video game, *Ghost of Tsushima: Iki Island*, features two distinct protagonists that represent different facets of the franchise's history. Yasuke (voiced by Tongayi Chirisa), a Black samurai of African origins, embodies the action-adventure style of recent entries, while Naoe (MASUMI), a shinobi assassin, harkens back to the classic stealth gameplay of the earlier games.
Romano notes that Naoe's speed and gadgets allow for a more stealthy approach, while Yasuke's combat style is more akin to 2020's *Ghost of Tsushima*.
