Summary Georgie & Mandy's First Marriage has cast two more major characters. The sitcom, which follows the early days of the marriage between new parents Georgie Cooper and Mandy McAllister is a sequel to Young Sheldon, which itself was a prequel to the long-running comedy The Big Bang Theory. The ensemble cast of the upcoming Georgie & Mandy's First Marriage already includes Rachel Bay Jones and Will Sasso as Mandy's parents.
Where You’ve Seen The New Georgie & Mandy Cast Members Before Both Stars Have Appeared On Major Netflix Shows Before joining the Georgie & Mandy show, both incoming stars have appeared in major television projects. In fact, Jessie Prez’s most recent role was playing Sal Magluta opposite Sofía Vergara on three episodes of the Netflix crime drama Griselda, which was recently nominated for three Primetime Emmy awards.
While Dougie Baldwin has fewer credits to his name, several of his previous television roles were considerably longer-running. This includes playing Felix Ferne on 27 episodes of Nowhere Boys and Shawn Van Winkle on 24 episodes of Upper Middle Bogan, with both roles running concurrently between 2013 and 2016. He followed that by starring opposite Oscar winner Kathy Bates on 20 episodes of the Netflix comedy Disjointed, which was his most recent major role.
