Willis issued 13 indictments against Trump relating to his efforts to persuade Georgia state officials to overturn his 2020 election loss in the state to President Joe Biden.attempting to solicit a public officer to violate their oath, conspiring to impersonate a public official, conspiracy to commit forgery , and racketeering.
