Genshin Impact's Resin problem revealed with a stopwatch, showing the amount you can actually play per day.
This morning, I woke up and got out my stop watch. What I found is that I can essentially only play 13 total minutes of Genshin Impact a day at this point without having to spend gems to refill my energy meter, and even that has a cap to it.Doing my four daily quests and turning them in took about 8 minutes, and most of that was travel and loading time, not actual combat given how short those fights are. There are 1440 minutes in a day. You get 1 Resin energy every 8 minutes.
That means I can do four, 40 Resin boss fights in a day for a total of four minutes of gameplay. That extra 20 energy I can spend in a dungeon which again, will probably take around a minute to clear, depending on which one it is.
