"Kudos to the clerk for recognizing that something was wrong," Oklahoma City Police MSgt. Dillon Quirk said. "Who knows what would have happened to the juvenile if that interference not taken place."Williams rushed the girl into the back room. "She was curled up in the floor crying," Williams said. "I asked her what was going on and she said she was being held against her will.""I told her 'you are safe, no one can get in this room,'" Williams said. "I told her she was OK."

Police say they found a rope tied in a noose on Kelley when they arrested him, minutes after the 911 call was made.We got a message from Williams shortly after our interview and she says the girl came back by to say thank you.
