Hodge has now been further charged with two counts of criminal attempt at assault in the first degree, seven counts of reckless endangerment in the first degree, two counts of evading responsibility, , operating an unregistered motor vehicle, insufficient insurance, operating without a license, interfering with an officer, and possession of narcotics with intent to sell., he was being held with a $1 million dollar bond on the evading charges and on a separate $5,000 bond on charges relating to a previous domestic abuse case. The million-dollar bond has since been reduced to $750,000. Police have not released any information about why he drove through the crime scene, to begin with.
