While there are some familiar scenes in the trailer for 'A Christmas Story Christmas,' they aren't exactly what they seem.
CLEVELAND, Ohio — “Oh, life moves fast. One day you’re playing kick the can with kids named Flick and Schwartz. The next thing you know you’re a certified adult.”,” which was released Monday. A grownup Ralphie Parker, again played by Peter Billingsley, returns with his own family to his childhood home in the sequel to 1983′s “A Christmas Story,” hoping to re-create the wonder of his past Christmases for his young children.before the movie debuts Nov. 17.
But for some die-hard fans, this might be heresy ... the movie reportedly was shot in Hungary earlier this year, so the house is not “the house,” which is located on West 11th Street in Cleveland’s Tremont neighborhood. And it obviously is not the original Higbee’s, which is now JACK Cleveland Casino on Public Square.
But a lot of the original cast returns for this movie, including Scott Schwartz as Flick , R.D. Robb as Schwartz, Zack Ward as Officer Scut Farkus, and Ian Patrella as Ralph’s brother Randy.
