The suspect was overpowered and detained by other residents at the meeting. Police arrested the man when they arrived at the scene. The suspect was known to board members and had been in a series of disputes with the residents’ association, according to witnesses.He had been previously been reported to authorities for making threats against local residents, witnesses said.
“Nicoletta was happy, and beautiful, in the red dress she bought for her 50th birthday party a few weeks ago. For me she will always be beautiful and happy like this,” the prime minister added.
