The same year that Minson took over as president of WeWork, a real estate company that provides shared workspaces for startups, WeWork was dubbed among the “most innovative companies” of 2015 byBy 2018, however, the company was in crisis and posted US$2 billion in losses. A year later, an initial public offering attempt was stopped after investors raised concerns about the company’s business model, practices and its founder Adam Neumann.
