While at Texas, Crouser won four NCAA titles in the shot put. In 2016, while getting his master’s degree in finance at UT, Crouser won his first U.S. title in the shot put at the Olympic Trials. Crouser has been dealing with an elbow injury for most of the spring, which made it so that his 2024 outdoor season debut was at the trials.In Paris, Crouser will be looking to win his third consecutive gold medal.
