About 15 people were killed and more than 30 others were injured after an attack at New Orleans' famed French Quarter Wednesday.

15 people were killed and 35 others injured in New Orleans in what the FBI is investigating as an act terrorist.

However, Russell told News Channel 3 that outdoor gatherings with larger perimeters are challenging for law enforcement to fully secure.
