Raines alum Ivory Durham is headed to the CFL to play professional football with the Edmonson Elks.

The most recent Raines High School quarterback to win a state championship is going to play professional football. Ivory"HJ" Durham signed with the Edmonton Elks of the Canadian Football League the club announced Monday.

Durham helped power Raines to the 2017 4A State Championship, leading the Vikings to 13 consecutive wins while outscoring opponents 608-146. He was selected as the 2017 All-First Coast Offensive Player of the Year, passing for 5,598 yards with 67 touchdowns in his varsity career and rushing for 491 yards with 11 touchdowns.
