Court documents say 32-year-old Jeffrey Teirno Jr., of Dover, had multiple sexually inappropriate conversations with a minor from Lancaster County online. In October of 2023, Teirno Jr. was charged with criminal solicitation of a photo/film of child sex acts, communication with a minor-sexual abuse, criminal use of a communication facility, and corruption of minors.He has been sentenced to five years probation, and must register as a sex offender.
