An investigation into 47-year-old Elizabeth Buckins commenced in July because a fellow nurse discovered a used morphine syringe inside the employee restroom, theOne important note in the complaint is the fact that employee key-card access is required to enter various locations throughout the hospital, including the employee bathrooms and the area where the medicine is stored.
