A former Super Bowl MVP has announced his retirement from the NFL.

Foles was named the starter shortly after, with Andy Reid stating that Vick would be sidelined no matter when he returned from concussion.Foles was named to the Pro Bowl in the 2013 season when he posted 2,891 yards, 27 touchdowns, and two interceptions, for an 8.5 percent TD success rate, 9.1 yards per average throw, and a 119.2 passer rating.Foles would spend the 2014 season with the Eagles, which would be his last. Foles was traded to the St. Louis Rams in 2015.
