Court documents say a 2020 FBI investigation in their Brooklyn-Queens office led agents to discover Ramos' participation in a Signal app group dedicated to exchanging child sexual abuse material. Authorities say Ramos paid a sexual offender in New York in 2018 and received child sexual abuse material created by the offender in exchange for $500.
