And after being injured early on in the preseason last year, the Cowboys are hoping the former Texas Longhorn linebacker will have a breakout season this year.
Linebacker DeMarvion Overshown is attacking his second year in the NFL with a little different perspective. Overshown missed out on his entire rookies year after going down in Seattle during the second week of the preseason last year."When you got the guys that I kinda went through it with, everyday it wasn't like we wasn't playing football," said Overshown. "Most of the time injuries are more mental than physical."
"Oh man it's always good seeing my guys being there for as long as I was and getting to go back and see some of the guys I recruited there and the coaching staff its just nothing but love when I get there," said Overshown."Moving to the SEC is where we belong anyway when you talk about the best of the best the top of the top you can't say that without mentioning the Texas Longhorns," said Overshown.
