Patrick Screws Jr., a former offensive lineman for both Georgia Tech and Eufaula High School, has announced his commitment to play for Troy University.
Jon Johnson Former Eufaula and Georgia Tech offensive lineman Patrick Screws , Jr., has committed to Troy, he announced via his X social media account Sunday. Screws, a 6-foot-5, 310-pounder, spent two seasons at Georgia Tech and entered the NCAA transfer portal earlier this week. He redshirted his first year and didn’t see any action this past season. At Eufaula, Screws was selected on the all-state team for 2021 and 2022 seasons.
As a senior in 10 games, Screws graded out 97 percent with 100 pancake blocks. He was named to the Dothan Eagle Super 12 team following his senior campaign.
