, also known as 2 Cold Scorpio, was arrested after allegedly stabbing a customer during a fight at a Missouri gas station where he worked as a security guard.Kansas City police officers responded to the gas station in the northeast part of the city around 3:40 p.m. and found a man bleeding on the ground outside the station and going in and out of consciousness as a witness applied pressure to a wound on his head, according to the report.
But Scaggs told police the man was smoking in the gas station when Scaggs told him he couldn’t smoke inside, at one point placing a hand on his back to guide him outside. Scaggs is charged with felony first-degree assault and was released from jail on a $50,000 bail. He is set to appear in court July 11, according to court records.
