Two businesses in Greenwood Village are still closed 3 months after police say someone broke in and started a fire inside, causing thousands of dollars in damage.
The parent company of 505 Southwestern, Insignia International, is proposing a 30,000-square-foot facility just south of Centennial Airport. The space would be built to the East of and in conjunction with Wings Over the Rockies — Exploration of Flight, which is located at 13005 Wings Way in Centennial.
The après ski-themed food hall is expected to offer three eateries, including pizza, burgers and sandwiches and Mexican or Southwestern cuisine. Insignia chairman Rob Holland told the Denver Business Journal the company is working with third-party partners and consultants to develop an “innovative and popular” menu that features 505 Southwestern as a major ingredient in each dish.
