Another 1 to 1.5 inches of rain is expected.A flood watch has been issued for all 21 New Jersey counties with multiple rounds of heavy downpours and thunderstorms in the forecast for Sunday following the drenching storms that saturated parts of the state with up to 4 inches of rain at the start of the weekend.said.
