From the hard-working immigrant father in"Minari" to the coolly mysterious playboy in"Burning" and the cowboy carnival barker in"Nope," he is one of today's most versatile and intriguing actors. But he hasn't had a canvas on which to fully display his talents until now. In"Beef," he is Danny Cho, a depressed, down-on-his-luck L.A. handyman whose last tether is ready to snap as he's pulling out of a parking-lot space and almost hits another car.
