Owners who cough up for the battery subscription will get a new battery every eight years

Ferrari hopes the plan incentivizes wealthy buyers to switch to electrified models. Ferrari believes their clients are wealthy enough that it can offer a €7,000 annual battery subscription.

When owners opt for the annual battery subscription, a second battery pack replacement will automatically be scheduled for when the vehicle celebrates its 16th birthday, Bloomberg reports. As standard, new Ferrari models come with a standard three-year warranty, which is quite poor considering how expensive the brand’s models are.
