The City of Fernandina Beach launched a new public portal that aims to help the community have easier access to flood risk information and other important documents.

Officials said this portal will allow Fernandina Beach residents, real estate and insurance professionals and developers to access flood risk information for individual properties such as flood zone maps, and other important documents like elevation certificates.“This new public resource will enable us to better inform, communicate with, and above all protect our community from flooding events,” said Angie Lester, Building Services Manager for the City of Fernandina Beach.
