The latest episode of the procedural series had previously been announced as the final one for Scott Forrester , though there had been no indication he would be departing from the team.
Now, TVLine has released images showing Donnell as NSA Agent Brian Lange, a guest character in FBI: International season 3. The newcomer is sent to assist the Fly Team after the owner of a cybersecurity company is mysteriously killed, resulting in a massive data leak. Images show Donnell's character as a competent, capable agent with a level of sternness to him.
