The baby's mother pleaded guilty to the same charge in April.
The baby was found unresponsive in a bathtub with running water May 20, 2021, in a Rodeway Inn motel room in Paradise Township. They were pronounced dead after being airlifted to Penn State Hershey Medical Center, according to the Lancaster County District Attorney’s Office.
Prosecutors said Meadows was playing video games and Manning was getting the couple’s two other children ready for school while the baby drowned.
