The law is named after Fanta Bility, an 8-year-old who was shot and killed after a football game in Sharon Hill back in 2021.

It's about making the best decision in a high-pressure situation," Delloso said.It happened when three police officers fired shots into a crowd after a football game at Academy Park High School in Sharon Hill.
