The Haunting of Hollywood will premiere exclusively on Mometu on February 7, 2025. It will then receive a TVOD release on May 6, 2025.
“Set against iconic Hollywood landmarks like the Hollywood sign and Chinese Theater, the story follows James , a young filmmaker grappling with his mother’s tragic past, and Skyler , his aspiring actress girlfriend,” a description of the movie, which is inspired by the real-life story of Peg Entwistle, reads.
Doytchinova said about the movie, “This story reflects my own experiences and those of many artists, including my incredible cast and crew—and, of course, Peg. I had the privilege of working with remarkable actors like Tiffany Downey and William Mann, who helped shape the troubled characters of Olivia and James, whose toxic relationship serves as the core of the story. I wanted to create a love letter to Los Angeles while acknowledging its darkest truths.
