A summer start is set for a new apartment high-rise near Highland Park.
“Scheduled construction start is this summer, which would put the opening at spring of 2025,” Streetlights’ chief investment officer Tom Bakewell said in an email.
The residential tower will replace small restaurant and retail buildings now on the site. The location is just a block from StreetLights Residential’sRelated: The Galatyn is one of two high-rises StreetLights is developing along U.S. Highway 75 north of downtown Dallas.at the northeast corner of Haskell Avenue.development on the east side of U.S. 75.
North Texas is the country’s fastest-growing apartment market with more than 65,000 units being built in the area at the end of 2022.
