ComingSoon is debuting an exclusive Halo clip from the seventh episode of Season 2 of the Paramount+ video game television series.
“As humanity and the Covenant race to control the galaxy’s ultimate weapon, John comes face to face with Makee,” reads the episode’s logline. “A disturbing revelation leads Ackerson to question his loyalties. Soren and Laera’s relationship begins to fracture under the weight of Soren’s past. Halsey, Kwan and Miranda work to solve the mystery within an alien archaeological site.”
David Wiener serves as showrunner and executive producer on the series. Season 2 Episode 7 was written by Ahmadu Garba and directed by Dennie Gordon.Halo stars Pablo Schreiber, Natascha McElhone, Joseph Morgan, Cristina Rodlo, Jen Taylor, Bokeem Woodbine, Shabana Azmi, Natasha Culzac, Olive Gray, Yerin Ha, Bentley Kalu, Kate Kennedy, Charlie Murphy, Danny Sapani, Christina Bennington, Fiona O’Shaughnessy, and Tylan Bailey.
“In season two, Master Chief John-117 leads his team of elite Spartans against the alien threat known as the Covenant,” reads the current season’s synopsis. “In the wake of a shocking event on a desolate planet, John cannot shake the feeling that his war is about to change and risks everything to prove what no one else will believe – that the Covenant are preparing to attack humanity’s greatest stronghold.
