After suiting up for the New York Mets in 2024, could he be headed to an American League East rival on a multi-year deal this winter?Severino was a top-tier producer in the Yankees' rotation from 2017-18. He earned an All-Star Game selection and a top-10 finish in AL Cy Young Award voting in both campaigns.However, the right-hander's biggest problem from 2020-23 was staying healthy.
He's set himself up for a multi-year deal after a successful 2024 in Queens.Severino posted an 11-7 record with a 3.91 ERA, 1.24 WHIP and 161 strikeouts in 182 innings pitched. He hadn't racked up that many innings in one season since 2018 .Where could Sevy land this winter? Just Baseball's Ryan Finkelstein is predicting he'll sign a three-year, $51 million deal with the Toronto Blue Jays.
