Myers is joining Smith on ESPN's NBA Countdown starting this upcoming season.
Bob Myers is a four-time NBA Champion, but he admits he's still got a lot to learn as he moves to on-camera work on ESPN.
He credited one of his co-studio analysts Stephen A. Smith for giving him the best advice he's received so far. Related: Experts weigh in on the NBA’s next media deal and whether ESPN can fend off Amazon and Apple "Whether it's play-by-play or color, you don't have to talk all the time," Myers said."I just think that might be a hard adjustment, but that's seemingly, to me, really good advice and I hope I can use it."Myers is a two-time NBA Executive of the Year, but his role with ESPN is his work in front of the camera. Other than his NBA executive experience, Myers has been a sports agent for Wasserman Media Group.
