Daniel Kwan and Daniel Scheinert were nominated in the best director and best original screenplay categories as well.followed with eleven nominations, with Steven Spielberg receiving a best director nomination as well as a best original screenplay nod alongside Tony Kushner. Cast members Michelle Williams, Paul Dano, Judd Hirsch and Gabriel LaBelle were recognized with nominations as well.
