On Tuesday, the City of Everman will vote on a resolution to honor the missing 6-year-old boy who is now believed to be dead.
The playground is designed for children who have physical, social, developmental and sensory challenges.
FOX 4 got a look inside the repurposed shed where a now-missing 6-year-old boy lived with his mother and siblings. Since then, police and federal investigators have searched far and wide for Noel, before announcing that the search turned into a death investigation. His body still hasn't been found.
