Event services firm Freeman is eyeing a new headquarters in Farmers Branch.
The company is planning a new 65,000-square-foot headquarters in the International Plaza II tower at 14221 Dallas Parkway, according to planning documents filed with the state. Almost three years ago, Freeman announced plans for a new headquarters to be constructed on Mockingbird Lane at Harry Hines Boulevard. But work on the headquarters never proceeded, and Freeman recently sold the site to the state of Texas for an expansion of the adjoining UT Southwestern Medical Center, county records show.
