The Lancaster County native was charged with retail theft after the December 2022 incident.

Jones — professionally known as “Chloe Cherry” — was charged with retail theft last February with stealing from Building Character, a Lancaster clothing store. Police said Jones, a Willow Street native, stole the shirt on Dec. 26, 2022.

In addition to probation, Sponaugle ordered Jones to pay a $650 ARD fee and $1,450 in court costs. She also must undergo a mental health evaluation, complete a shoplifting class, and 20 hours of community service. Jones paid for other items using a credit card. She admitted to taking the blouse and later returned it to an officer, according to court documents.
