“I couldn’t care less,” Ethan claimed, noting “it was weird for” the men acting alongside Maya. “We [had] an intimacy coordinator on set for them.”
“We made sure to have an intimacy coordinator on set,” the actor explained.In the film, which came out Sept. 1, Maya also portrays characters from O’Connor’s stories, including a woman from “Good Country People” getting hot and heavy with a Bible salesman in a hayloft and the “Parker’s Back” protagonist hooking up with a man in a truck.
