Heading into the 2024 college football season, ESPN is parting ways with analyst Robert Griffin III.
ESPN has fired college football analyst Robert Griffin III just days before the start of a historic 2024 season, according to a report from The Athletic.
ESPN hired Griffin three years ago after putting out what media sources said at the time was "one of the best auditions they have ever seen." Griffin played in 41 games at the quarterback position for Baylor from 2008 to 2011, passing for 10,366 yards with 78 touchdowns and 17 interceptions, rushing for an additional 33 touchdowns while posting 2,254 rushing yards and a 4.3 yard per carry average.
