Energy startup: Make the world a better place for our children’s children paid SAP
There’s so much turmoil in the energy industry it was refreshing to sit down with an entrepreneur whose startup is taking positive, concrete action. One utility realized 60 percent savings using the COI Energy Services platform, while accelerating performance report delivery from six months to almost real-time. Meantime, instead of paying aggregators a shared savings monthly fee to help manage and activate their energy resources, commercial businesses can save up to 45 percent with a monthly subscription to COI Energy Services.
“Utilities recognize they have to become more relevant to keep pace with changing customer mindsets about energy,” she said. “They’re using companies like COI Energy and SAP to innovate for their customers. With 80 percent of the largest utilities using SAP software, it makes sense for us to work together.”
